1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and the European Union. At this time, we do not ship outside these regions.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United Kingdom
- Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
European Union
- Standard EU Delivery: 4–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value:
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: £4.95
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over £49.99 (if applicable)
European Union
- Standard Delivery: €9.95
- Free Delivery: Available on orders over €49.99 (if applicable)
All shipping fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
